1. Nature of Service

Boitier IPTV France provides an IPTV subscription service allowing access to TV channels, movies and series via the internet. The service is provided "as is" without any warranty.

2. Order and Activation

Orders are placed via WhatsApp. After payment confirmation, your access credentials will be sent within 5 minutes. Activation is immediate.

3. Subscription Duration

The subscription is valid for the chosen duration (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). After expiration, the service will be deactivated. You can renew your subscription at any time.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available after service activation. In case of technical issues, we will help you resolve the issue at no additional cost.

5. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for legal use of the service. It is forbidden to:

• Share your credentials with other people
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Modify or alter the service
• Exceed the number of authorized simultaneous connections

6. Service Suspension

Boitier IPTV France reserves the right to suspend the service in case of:

• Violation of terms and conditions
• Abusive use of the service
• Non-payment
• Technical or maintenance reason

7. Technical Support

Technical support is available 24/7 via WhatsApp. We strive to respond to your questions within 5 minutes.

8. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of France.

9. Modifications

Boitier IPTV France reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to users.
